Winter glamping and dog sledding

Article mis à jour le / Post updated on 15/02/2022.

I am not a big fan of camping. Other than one or two experiences sleeping under the stars on the beach as a teenager, I hadn’t set foot in a tent since. And I had never done glamping, let alone in Manitoba!

Until a few weeks ago, when I had a glamping + dog sledding experience in Manitoba, at the heard of Canada, at Harness Adventure.

For a closer look at what it’s like camping in a tent in minus 25 degrees Celsius in the middle of January and dog sledding at night, check out the video above!

I also explored the area around Richer, Sainte-Geneviève, did some geocaching and had a lot of fun in the Centre of Canada. It was a great weekend and I hope you enjoy the video!

This video was made in collaboration with Travel Manitoba.
